Suddenly I feel very safe for Apple.
You have to admit, it’s a pretty effective means to channel revenue away from the rank-and-file workers who’ve actually generated that revenue.

Afterall the name ‘Samsung’ means ‘Three Stars’
Since they’re following the RIM model, how long until they rename their company “Galaxy S”?
I thought it was a bad idea until I realized they handle a separate division. Seeing as Sammy is multiple businesses (in multiple industries) this provides a focused CEO for each leg of the business and might bring better products.
RIM isn’t a direct comparison because they had two CEOs for the same exact business.
Samsung is family run business. Any analogies
to company in Canada don’t apply.
They are not one product company.
