I’m in my trial period. I’ve been thoroughly unimpressed with their support so far, which has not been able to answer even the simplest questions.
I asked something simple to do with their import, they suggested I use their forums. I asked where there forums were, but was given an answer that indicated the second person didn’t read my first question, the answer, or my second question.
Pass.
I haven’t had to ask any questions yet. But I haven’t had any serious issues. But I would like a theme where the captions show under the pictures, but have yet to locate one that looks good.
