Armed robbers broke into a central Paris Apple store on New Year’s Eve, stealing goods with an estimated value of one million euros.
That’s a lot of product.
The Apple store floor is completly untouched with the tables and samples still present. However this morning, the store was closed.
So they most probably filled a van with crates of iPhones and iPads directly from the storage rooms. They are most probably already arrived in Russia or in Eastern Europe.
I hope Apple has the serial numbers somewhere and will brick them as soon as they connect to the internet.
