I loved the first one, but thought this one was awful. This one is clearly staged. Several of the people in the “concerned onlookers crowd” are recognizable actors. Not to mention Kevin Love’s father Stan and the product placement of people drinking Pepsi Max. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone drinking Pepsi Max in public.
Perhaps the first one was completely staged as well, but it fooled me. This one doesn’t even try. It’s all an act, from the participants to the “astonished onlookers”.
goes to show just how little you know. I was in the crowd that night in LA (white dude in background w/ hat). I am not a paid actor. My buddy told me to come by because they were shooting something for the new Time Warner Sports Network. Some chick was handing out pepsi max to people. I recognized Uncle Drew, but had no idea about the other guy. He was sick. Fun night. First video was def better — but this shit was still tight.
