Connect your iOS device to your computer, launch iTunes and click “Check for Update.” You can also update from the device itself by going to Settings > General > Software Update.
According to Apple the update contains the following changes:
- Fixes a bug that prevents iPhone 5 from installing software updates wirelessly over the air
- Fixes a bug where horizontal lines may be displayed across the keyboard
- Fixes an issue that could cause camera flash to not go off
- Improves reliability of iPhone 5 and iPod touch (5th generation) when connected to encrypted WPA2 Wi-Fi networks
- Resolves an issue that prevents iPhone from using the cellular network in some instances
- Consolidated the Use Cellular Data switch for iTunes Match
- Fixes a Passcode Lock bug which sometimes allowed access to Passbook pass details from lock screen
- Fixes a bug affecting Exchange meetings

If you’re on an iPhone 5 you can hit the “Learn More” button to download a separate app that enables OTA updates.
Even mentioning the tethered approach to software updating is really strange, let alone mentioning it first.
Hoping they’ve fixed the major slow down in the music app’s performace on the iPhone 4, and the way keyboard short cuts (like otw for “on the way”) only work about a quarter of the time. I put in bug reports for both not long after updating to 6.0.

My music app still took several seconds to load when I first launched it, but that could just be because the phone wasn’t long switched back on after updating.
Messages crashed on first launch, but now it seems fine.
Facebook crashes at launch every time I try.
Letterpress is actually better behaved now than before the update, which is nice.
Still testing other apps but everything else looks ok so far.
Requires WiFi. Not all workplaces have WiFi (inc. mine). Tethering to iTunes should work but I get unknown error 2014….
