As a thank you to our former MobileMe members who moved to iCloud, we have extended the complimentary storage upgrade they received until September 30, 2013. This extension applies to accounts moved to iCloud between October 12th, 2011 and August 1st, 2012.
Thanks Apple.
I appreciate the gesture, but I have to be honest and say that I did rather enjoy the previous expiration date of 9/30/50. I liked the idea of free storage for the rest of my life.
Now double the free storage. 5GB isn’t even close of the enough word.
A nice gesture but my iPhone back-up alone amounts to 6GB!
