Their UI for doing so is pretty crappy. I should be able to drop a pin, adjust it, and submit it. Instead, I need to do all that… in a special UI that may lose all my data if I switch apps.
i did weekly reports to Google for 3 years for driving directions that sent folks the wrong way down a one way street that has been that way since it was built.
still not corrected. Apple had it correct on day one of the iOS 6 release.
Anecdotal evidence is so much more emotionally satisfying than the aggregate, don’t you think?
