Yes it is, but that’s what you get for copying the iPhone so closely.

Losing is worst scenario, another brilliant observation from Samsung…
Samsung used FRAND when they were already licensed by chip manufactures.
Samsung only defense was Google Talking Points and trying the case in the media in the hope of a mistrial.
Samsung prior art was complete joke.
Wonder if Apple will take this judgment and print ad in UK newspaper to show that Samsung didn’t copy Apple. UK Judge will be pissed.
Worst case scenario? Yes. Now they WILL have to innovate
…or copy someone else.
Copying is all they’ve ever done. Before iPhone, Samsung’s phones resembled Blackberry phones and Palm phones.
So do they now self destruct?
It’s like they still don’t get it; they still think the best choice is to appeal rather than STOP COPYING. They just don’t think they’ve done anything wrong.
Samdung.
Hilarious that in samsung’s internal memo they talk of innovation. BS! Samsung first innovate, then talk. They talk about Apple following litigation isntead of innovation. Samsung first stop imitating, then innovate. Apple will stop litigating then too
Their best scenario being obviously “let’s rip everyone and get away with it as we always did”.
