A federal jury in San Jose, Calif., has found Samsung guilty of infringing a number of Apple patents and said that the Korean electronics giant should pay more than $1 billion in damages.
Good thing. Poor beleaguered Apple needs cash.
Wow!!! Maybe Some Asian companies ripping off companies “trade dress” from around the world must take notice of this verdict if they want to sell their wares in the USA.
It’d mean more if the penalty was imposed directly upon Samsung’s owners.
