  1. I can’t find it in the store.

US app store link is http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/podcasts/id525463029?mt=8

That being said, after taking a look I think I’ll stick with Instacast. They just got sherlocked by Apple but that doesn’t mean their app suddenly becomes useless. I still prefer their overall UI and feature set.

Couldn’t find it either, used the link to launch the page via iTunes.

I searched for “apple podcasts” and found it.

Nice, I really like that the to-start and to-end are much more to the edges, I can’t recall all the times I accidentally clicked them and in the case of to-start have to re-find were I was. Hope they do the same for audiobooks.

Although I’m not a big fan of how the buttons themselves look, a little to clunky for my taste.

  6. I think I have to pass on this one: The headphone controls for FF skips to next podcast, I just want it to fast forward 10 or 30 seconds in the current podcast.

Hrm… I’m a bit torn on this as I like having all my audio (be it music, podcasts, etc.) all in one app.

No way will this replace Downcast for me. Then again, I don’t even go into iTunes anymore on my iOS devices. CarTunes for music, Downcast for podcasts. Nothing else necessary.

  9. Sam says:

It just keeps asking me for my Apple ID password. If I type the wrong password it tells me, type the right one and it’ll just pop up with another request.
