Apple seems pretty aggressive and confident in this battle with the government.
I can’t blame them. the DOJ has shown zero proof that the agency model is an issue, that the favored nation clause (which even Amazon also has) is an issue or that Apple was party to any meetings etc to be a part of collusion.
Add to this that the DOJ ignored this whole thing for 2 years until Apple had their multibillion dollar value or all the nasty stuff Amazon was doing for years and of course Apple is miffed.
