I don’t believe these blood sucking fools are suing for this. They should be sued for being stupid.
What we really need is to force the plaintiffs to cover all the defenses cost if the lawsuit is determined frivolous. You’d see a hell of a lot less of this stuff.
While a lawsuit is probably stupid, it does bother me that Apple is advertising and hyping Siri like crazy but whenever someone says there is a problem with it, the response is “oh well, it’s beta”.
Apple, as with the design of their products, treating their customers like retards.
