Remember back in the day (last week) when RIM’s Vice President of Developer Relations Alec Saunders said the company was removing sideloading from the PlayBook.
Surprise, no they’re not.
And the flail continues apace.
Well, considering that was about the only way to get most Android apps on the Playbook, I imagine removing that would have been an unpopular decision among the faithful. Lord knows the AppWorld method of getting Android apps hasn’t been as fruitful as RIM hoped.
They might want to avoid the Android cesspool, but since they’re already circling the drain a cesspool is the next logical stop on their road to oblivion.
Sounds like they’ve caught whatever HP had last year.
