The countries with the lowest number of overall Internet use also tended to have the worst-developed broadband infrastructure. Romania and Bulgaria fared particularly poorly, along with Greece, Cyprus and Portugal.
That’s 24% of EU citizens who’ve not heard of Robert Scoble.
Lucky them.
I don’t know how we can have the “worst-developed” infrastructure in Romania, when we have one of the fastest broadbands of the world (according to Akamai).
