So, instead of having one PlayBook that can’t send email, you can have three. I could not make this stuff up if I tried. Here’s the deal.
∞ RIM offers 'Buy 2, get 1 free' PlayBooks

Oh man, and you can get an HDMI cable? What a deal! Because what you want to do with your tablet is have it tethered to something… *hugs his iPad and AppleTV combination*
I’d also like to point out a value difference between Apple (and their usually expensive accessories) and RIM: the Charging Pod is roughly comparable to the iPad’s Dock. The Charging Pod is regularly priced at $69.99, while the Dock is $29 on Apple’s website. A *premium* accessory indeed.
I spent all of ten minutes in a Best Buy a couple of weeks ago, trying out non-Apple tablets. Two couldn’t even bring up a browser. The Playbook couldn’t play its own video.
And I’m supposed to want to buy three of these now?
I’ll do you one better: I’ve tried on three separate occasions, while visiting three different stores, to use a PlayBook.
In two cases, it refused to even turn on, despite being connected to power. The third woke up. And that was all it did. Totally unresponsive to input at the home screen.
So I guess from my experience, taking advantage of this promo might possibly maybe get you six months worth of PlayBooks.
