Correct me if I’m wrong:
Should Apple feel the need to enforce this patent they could, in an extremely unlikely and hilarious case, reach an injunction against the further sale of any kind of Android device, because the technology in question is part of Android’s OS.
Google would have reengineer a significant part of the OS to get out of this.
