Today Lodsys has amended its complaint against mobile app developers and modified the list of defendants, leaving out one of the seven developers sued on May 31 (Vietnamese company Wulven Games) but adding five famous games companies.
It seems Lodsys thinks it owns almost every technology ever invented.
It seems they know they’re doomed, and they just suing everyone in hopes they get a settlement out of somebody. They’re ticking off some big players that won’t stand for this nonsense – anyone remember “Psystar?” They’re going down big time.
Wow. Not too often we get to see “death by lawsuit”. This might be amusing to watch. (Obviously less so for the indie developers)
Al Gore stole the idea for the Internet from Lodsys!
I hope these Lodsys guys get crushed as badly as copyright troll Tim Langdell did.
