Spacetime Studios has announced the release of Star Legends: The Blackstar Chronicles for all iOS devices. It’s a new massively multiplayer online game from the makers of the enormously popular Pocket Legends. (The game is supported by in-app purchases.)

Star Legends: The Blackstar Chronicles puts you on board the UCS Blackstar, a colonial super-carrier that travels the furthest reaches of space. Humanity has spread out into the universe to discover that other life abounds – monsters, robots, pirates and corporations all with their own agenda, often a bloodthirsty one.

Features incude a immersive 3D world and three customizable character classes, each with unique appearances and abilities. There are thousands of items to collect like weapons, armor sets and equipment, and hours of open-world gameplay. Star Legends supports grouping, guilds, friend lists, chat and other social features.
