According to AP, Devine must turn over property and cash worth more than $2 million and he must pay Apple restitution of almost $2.5 million. Devine could face up to 20 years in prison on top of the monetary penalties.

Devine originally pleaded not guilty to the charges, but later changed his plea.

Federal investigators that searched Devine’s house found over $150,000 in shoe boxes, along with another $20,000 in foreign currency. Devine was also said to have money stored in foreign bank accounts.
