If anyone were to push the boundaries of what the iPad would allow, it should be no surprise that it would be Hugh Hefner.

[ad#Google Adsense 300×250 in story]Hefner revealed in a twitter post that Playboy would in fact be coming to the iPad. Now, the obvious question is how will Playboy get around Apple’s policies around nude content.

In an email to CNET, Playboy clarified its plans for the uncensored version of the app. IT will be a Web-based subscription service that will use some of the iPad’s features and give users access to past and present versions of the magazine.

Playboy also said that a non-nude version will be released for the iPad that will adhere to Apple’s policies.
