SAINT Corp. has announced the availability of SAINT Professional 7.6, now with native support for Mac OS X.

SAINT develops network security software used by IT departments to assess and test network vulnerabilities, and to demonstrate compliance with government and industry regulations. SAINT Professional includes SAINTscanner, SAINTexploit and SAINTwriter software, together in one integrated interface along with compliance checklist templates.

SAINT Professional 7.6 also features penetration testing coverage for Cisco network devices, SAP, and a new Web application exploit for SQL Authentication bypass. Other enhancements have also been made.

The company will be at Macworld Expo in San Francisco later this month to show off the new release.
