Apple has posted the video of the presentation.Apple CEO Steve Jobs and others took the keynote stage at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco, Calif. to introduce the iPad, Apple’s newest hardware offering. Starting at $499, the iPad will be available in different configurations with Wi-Fi and 3G connectivity, beginning in late March.
The iPad runs iPhone software and syncs with a Mac or PC using a 30-pin dock connector. It sports a touch-sensitive 9.7-inch display that uses the same IPS and LED technology employed by the iMac. It’s powered by a lithium polymer battery that lasts for up to 10 hours of video usage, with one month of standby power.
