I always felt bad for HTC. I think they made a good product, but didn’t have the marketing budget to compete with Samsung, which meant people didn’t pay much attention. I’m not sure the new phone will change that.

When you say “marketing budget” is that mostly kickbacks to salespeople?
Any marketing would be welcome. I’m an iOS guy. But, this phone looks like the real deal. Maybe they should advertise?
A front cover for a phone is one of the stupidest things I’ve ever seen. Maybe if they’d come up with something new instead of following Samsung they’d have a chance.
