∞ Bento Business Organizer offers free templates, Avery QR code labels

Using FileMaker Bento for business? The company on Tuesday released a new free set of templates called the Bento Business Organizer. Aimed at sole proprietors and small businesses who use Bento to manage their companies, the package includes eight new templates and Avery print labels for QR codes.

The Bento Business Organizer comes with a 30-day trial version of Bento 4, in case you don’t have it. FileMaker indicates that the templates are aimed at small business owners that sell handcrafted goods – furniture, clothing, painting, baked goods and jewelry.

The eight templates included with the Bento Business Organizer offer Bento users the ability to track contact details, product information, sales orders, inventory, projects, events, tasks and voice mems.

Quick Response (QR) codes have seen widespread use recently. The square blocks of pixels can be scanned using a smartphone’s cameras, and can link the phone user to text, URLs, vCards or other data. They can be printed onto a new line of merchandising and brandin labels from Avery (#22806).
