Cloud gaming service OnLive has announced that it is set to launch its UK service on 22nd September at Eurogamer Expo 2011.It goes live with over 100 “top-tier” games available to try, rent or buy over a broadband internet connection.
OnLive, which is already available in the US, works on Macs and PCs, and also on special micro-consoles through a TV connection. It lets you play popular PC games without having to download them – essentially, you stream them to your device. OnLive has even demonstrated the service working on an iPad.
