MacTech Magazine has announced that Guy Kawasaki, Apple’s first evangelist, will deliver the keynote speech for its upcoming MacTech Conference 2011. The event happens from November 2-4, 2011 at the Sheraton Universal hotel in Los Angeles, Calif.
[ad#Google Adsense 300×250 in story]MacTech Conference is aimed at IT pros, enterprise users and Apple developers looking to get a leg up on how to work with the Mac. It features two separate conference tracks – one focused on IT, the other focused on programming and development, and includes information on Mac OS X and iOS. Attendees will also be able to take Apple certification exams for an additional fee.
Kawasaki is the author of ten books, most recently Enchantment: The Art of Changing Hearts, Minds, and Actions. He’s the former chief evangelist of Apple, co-founder of Alltop.com and a founding partner at Garage Technology Ventures.
MacTech Conference costs $799 (it’s discounted $200 from the regular $999 price through the end of June). That fee includes food, a MacTech Magazine subscription, entertainment and more.
