For the fifth consecutive time, Apple’s iPhone has topped J.D. Power and Associates list of smartphone customer satisfaction.

Apple came in with a score of 795 with the survey noting that “performs particularly well in ease of operation, operating system, features and physical design.”
Motorola came in second place with a score of 763 and HTC in third with 762. Rounding out the list are Palm (736), Nokia (734), and Samsung (734).
Coming in dead last is RIM’s BlackBerry with a score of 732.
Other findings in the study include two-thirds of owners saying they downloaded games and social networking applications; 54 percent have downloaded travel apps; and 53 percent have downloaded entertainment apps.
