All of the retailers had scores over 80 in the annual customer satisfaction survey, according to CNET.
Forsee based its ranking on four factors: price (the fairness and competitiveness of overall prices); merchandise (the variety and availability of items on the site); Web site functionality (the ease of use of the site itself); and content (the quality and accuracy of the information on the site).
According to the survey, 32 percent of retailers scored in the 80s, while the majority, 68 percent of retailers, scored in the 70s.
