Firemint has announced the release of Flight Control HD for Mac OS X and Windows. The game is available throug the Steam game download service and costs $4.99.

Flight Control HD is an air traffic control management game – you direct airplanes and helicopters to land at an increasingly busy airport, being careful to avoid collisions.

The game features 9 maps of different difficulties, each with different challenges, a Steam-exclusive “Stunt” map, unlockable achievements, global leaderboards and rankings, a “Fast Forward” mode for advanced players, and support for Steam Cloud, so you can pause your game and resume it from another computer.
