The holidays are almost here and Apple is getting into the spirit of giving.

[ad#Google Adsense 300×250 in story]The company on Tuesday posted a note on its online store that says it will include free personal laser engraving for your iPad. If that wasn’t enough, you can also have the iPad shipped in Apple’s signature gift box with a personalized greeting card.

You are allowed to have two lines of text for the engraving with about 25 characters for each line, based on the test we did on Apple’s website.

All models of the iPad are currently in-stock at Apple’s online store and they all include free shipping. Pricing for the Wi-Fi model starts at $499 and the iPad Wi-Fi + 3G starts at $629.
