Freshcode on Thursday released an updated version of its Mac software store application, Bodega. One new feature of Bodega 1.2 is “The Loop Picks.” The Loop Picks are five featured apps chosen by the editors of The Loop. The picks will be posted to The Loop and in Bodega each week. This will give users an idea of what apps we find cool or useful.

Bodega 1.2 also includes performance improvements to its software updater that alerts users when updates are available for apps installed on their computer. The update also comes with additional keyboard shortcuts, a completely redesigned receipts viewer window along with the ability to easily print receipts, and overall application speed enhancements.

Bodega 1.2 is free to download and use. The app is available for download from the company’s website.
