Vietnamese Web forum Taoviet has photos that show another alleged iPhone 4G prototype, according to AppleInsider.

The device was not functional. A teardown revealed similar markings on the processor that can be found inside an Apple iPad, leading AppleInsider to speculate that the iPhone 4G may use the Apple-made A4 microprocessor found inside the iPad.

The alleged iPhone 4G device was marked as having 16GB of storage capacity, and used a micro-SIM, the same kind of module used in the iPad 3G.
