Tricky Software – developers of Spore Creatures, Spore Origins and other games for iPhone and iPod touch – have released two new titles recently: Puff Deluxe, for the iPad, and Scarface: Last Stand, for the iPhone and iPod touch. Puff Deluxe is $3.99, and Scarface: Last Stand, published by Starwave Mobile, costs $6.99.

Puff Deluxe is a variation on a game that was originally developed for iPhone and iPod touch. It’s a puzzle game that combines “match three” elements with balloon physics. There are power-ups, levels and medals to collect; live online high scores that track your standings with players throughout the world. Challenges, GPS-related scoring and other features.

Scarface: Last Stand puts you in the role of Tony Montana, the drug dealer portrayed by Al Pacino in the infamous 1983 movie directed by Brian De Palma. This iPhone/iPod touch game recreates the shootout in Tony’s mansion, where he makes his last stand against legions of bad guys sent to put an end to him. The third-person arcade-style shooter features 30 levels, 15 weapons, achievements, unlockables and other features.
