Microsoft on Tuesday released updates for two of its Office versions for the Mac, according to software site, MacUpdate. Microsoft Office 2008 12.2.4 and Microsoft Office 2004 11.5.8 both fix the same issues. The updates include fixes for vulnerabilities that an attacker can use to overwrite the contents of your computer’s memory with malicious code.

Microsoft also said the updates contain several improvements to enhance stability and performance.
